10- 7–10 - Special Day
Hoho this is a very special day of the most important woman in my life – my dearest MAMA. Felt so guilty when I forgot to wish her happy Birthday once I saw her , until she reminded me.. How sad it could be when your son didn’t remember your Birthday? I set my friends Bday in my phone calendar but didn’t even set my family members Bday. How bad am I..
Anyway if you have a chance to view my blog, just wanna apologise for my rude attitude last night. So sorry. I just couldn’t control myself.
Coincidentally, Zirou Birthday falls on the same date and here wanna wish this FRIEND whom I knew since Form 1 Happy 17 th birthday and All the best in the coming test. ^^

8/7/10
Life is always full with challenges and now, I am still sitting in front of this computer, trying hard to speak fluently in Bahasa MALAYSIA …
If only you guys know me well, I have participated in the EYE Program under ExxonMobil (may refer to my earlier posts) and our company won the first last year. Now we will be representing ExxonMobil to go to Johor Bahru to have our 4D3N competition and the biggest challenge we gonna face is
DAMN it. We have to present our Annual Report in Bahasa Rasmi, Bahasa Melayu.
I’m always not a native speaker and barely got an A for my English Oral Test, just above the line. I am definitely not one who can speak spontaneously if one suddenly fire me questions. Despite all these, this time, we have Q&A session after our presentation. Will I stammer on that day? Haha Hopefully not.
Gosh. I willing to sacrifice time for this, but too bad, too many things crashed together. Competition ends at 17th and July test starts at 19th. My sister coming back from US on 14th but coincidentally, yet I won’t be around that day.
After all these will be our Carnival Day. Again have to work for 4 different clubs and societies but of course, major attention will be given to 5S1. And this will be another challenge for me, to test my determination, my dedication indulging in activities. Carnival will be more on trading, which is buying and selling, and of course, I am super interested in all these. A person who doesn’t love money is a fool. But hopefully, I will be free from everything after JULY and full attention on study.
Back to my preparation for this coming presentation. Yes I got an A for BM, but that’s all about writing. When comes to speaking, I tend to stammer and begin with all the um… er…. which made my speech awful and irritating. I knew that well but just couldn’t help with it. That’s why when you guys may now studying for the test, I will be still sitting here, speaking to the monitor with “SALAM SEJAHTERA DAN SALAM SATU MALAYSIA KEPADA PARA HADIRIN ….”. Speaking in BM is harder in English. So ,I choose to comfort myself, I would again say : It’s a challenge from God, to mould me to become a better person. ^^
* Yes! ExxonMobil will bear all the cost and we are going to enjoy 4 Days in JOHOR. Never forget that, Free T-Shirts that costs RM65 per piece will be given to SonnyBiz members. Hooray…

5S1 in Five Star Hotel
Before that when we first saw the brochure of Raja Chulan Hotel , we’re all filled with disgust + horror while looking at the traditional Malay building which still rated as 5 Star Hotel. How on earth are we going to enjoy in such Malay-ish hotel? Yeah have to admit the fact that, we were racist. Nevertheless , note the word ‘WERE’! We turned out having a fabulous dinner there…
Er-hem. . . put me as the main character first in this post yeah. Ok Had tuition with Justin and GIgi in the morning, and because of the power failure in Martin Tuition centre, we had no choice but to spend our time loitering at Pudu Plaza.
Went back home without filling stomach with any single food, I rest and dressed myself. Gigi’s mum fetch us to Midah bus station at 5 and left 2 pathetic boys , with nice dress somemore, explored their way to Royale Chulan, which located in KL. We could only count on Google Earth and we went there by all means – bus, monorail … And oh yeah.. we had a chance to glimpse at the demolished Pudu Jail.
Later on , walked from Raja Chulan station to Pavilion , and had to trust Gigi who led the way. Yaya, I saw this Hakka restaurant in the map. yeah this was the one I saw, Prince Hotel.. So eventually, we reached there – Royale Chulan Hotel, a magnificent buiilding.
SMKTC 5S1 Party
Too boring? Napkin on head
You know, people looked down as Chinese because they , or I shall say we , are notorious for our despicable behaviour – never be punctual to any function. Why go so far? Same thing happened in 5S1 party. We were supposed to start the dinner by 6.30 pm , sharp. And guess what. Finally dinner began at 7.30pm I think. . .
Everybody arrived and most of us dressed gorgeously and left a lot to be desired. It turned out to be like a fashion show until Pn Usha couldn’t stop praising us. Seperti rusa masuk kampung, we guys were like , behaved ourselves very well in that hotel. As Hong Seng said : Our actions speak volume… But of course, the gentleness didn’t last long…
Pn Usha joined our table and actually sat beside me. Feeling pressured, we zipped our mouth, talked very little . Were actually trying very hard to find topic so that we wouldn’t bore her.
Speeches from Class Monitor and Class teacher of 5S1.
Ok cut the craps yeah.
You know, when you are in a high class hotel, you will be bound to act in a polite manner. So being very gently, I tried my very best to eat like what I had been taught in Form 2 KH, courtesy of eating. Pn Usha was beside me and this added on my burden lol. I’d forgotten to place the napkin on my laps. Quickly did it after seeing others did that. Then I took prawn and faced difficulty in removing the shell. And I couldn’t be holding it with my bare hands, like what I did in the Chinese restaurant, could I? Come on, hotel man. So I actually put the whole crappy thing into my mouth, chewed it, tried to remove the shell with my the help of tongue and teeth. Pity me…
Ohh anyway, the food was delicious and I rated it 8.
I seriously think the school should teach us on this. otherwise our clumsy actions will embarrass us.
After much eating , started our photoshooting session. These are some photos I like most . .
1 Malaysia with 4 different colors…
Andrea And Ida
Ching Li with her red band
Pn Usha with her favourite purple dress
Andrea who is still shorter than me after putting on her high-heeled shoes.
JJ . not J & J pls!
Divya , my classmate for 5 years.
All guys with Pn Usha.
Sin Ting , also another 5-years classmate.
Well. we photoshooted and time flied , then you know, Pn Usha leaving. then we took photos with her and I was fortunate enough to squat beside her. And also because of that, I realised something : her eyes welled up with tears. Her nose was red. It’s still visible though her skin color was dark . No jokes. Our unity , our uniqueness melted her heart of stone , or metal? What made this woman be emotional tonight? Only she knew that.
We spotted one Malay actor and singer ,( the rather plump woman ) while taking photos. Ok at least she is famous in Malaysia. And together we took photo and she was creative + humorous in posing!
She shouted :
1st shot – serious. 2nd shot – fun. 3rd shot – confused. 4th shot – angry. 5th one – just be happy. And she’s so good in creating fun.
After that, before Pn Usha left, we surrounded her and started shouting like maniac and happily we sent her out.
Now the lioness started to grow wild after pretended to be as tame as kittens for quite a moment.
Below are some solid evidences :
Ying Tong’s idea…
Cool?
家好月圆 或 珠光宝气?
Jia Pin who used to be so reluctant in taking photo turned out to be so different today , kept on joining the photoshooting group…
So did Sheau Hwee…
Guang Wei , the great joker!
See the happy Hong Seng?
Cramped my calf when wearing Tong’s high-heeled shoes. And Tong was wild today ! Note her hand…. I cannot accept it LO
The Gang of PREFECTS!
Was so nervous when clock struck 11 . No idea of how to go back home. Luckily Andy gave me a lift and I was completely tired. Still, they can still continue with midnight movie in Pavilion. faint…
Then goodbye…

My Words
* When I was in primary school, just before the day we graduated ,we had a small class discussion and everyone started pledging promises that we would not forget each other. Well it was a total lie. Nothing stays forever in this world of reality. Life is like this. In line with the aging process, we will meet different friends , having different way of thinking. This is the metamorphosis of life. Now whenever I see my primary school friend, simply just a Hi or a nod connect us. That’s all.
So yes. I understand the cruelty. It’s just the article of fact that couldn’t be denied. Four more months , we’re going to graduate. We may have class trip or anything else. But months later, you have your own life and so do I. Gradually, the bonds between us go weaker and weaker. I’m not here to scare anyone, but this had just somehow occurred to me after having such a wonderful night with you. I hope this wouldn’t happen , but how is it possible?
Pn Yeap taught me that we must have a KESIMPULAN for everything. So after much of my talk, KESIMPULANNYA , friends, treasure the four months of high school life, and be as happy as possible so that wonderful memories will still linger in our minds. Right after that, everything will start changing , for good. . .
I started blogging so happily, but end this with sadness and sorrow…How I wish these 4 months fly slowly.
5S1 (2010)
Happy BIRTHDAY to Yeng SZE
I guess most of you who view my blog would have no idea who she is.
Well , Yeng Sze is my old classmate who sat beside me during my Year 6 in Naam Kheung. Since I was so freaking busy with tiring prefects’ work and also some other things else, I missed class always and she was the one who ‘ransacked’ my bag and helped me to hand in my homework on time. Otherwise, surely I would get it from my teachers.
If you ever have a chance to visit my room, you will see my desk full with rubbish, stationery and stacks of books that aren’t arranged properly. Same thing happened with my desk in primary school and she was the ONLY ONE who was always kind enough to tidy up my books.
Until when we were separated by our form teacher, I felt so reluctant and realised how important she was in being my assistant thorughout the months. LOL I even warn my new female partner and said : HEY , u better learn from Yeng Sze ar…
Even after we left Naam Kheung, we still manage to keep in touch by sending regards to each other during special occasions. And of course , I set 27/6 as reminder in my phone so I would never forget the important day of my very very good friend…
12.00 am 27/6/10
CY : You’re too far from me . So I have to shout : HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Can you hear me?
YZ : I heard. Thanks . Miss you , friend ^^
CY : We keep our promise.Must wish each other in the coming years … forever…
YZ: Promise. Friends Forever ~
CY : Friends Forever…
Happy 17th Birthday…

I had been clearing up my own personal folder in this not-personal computer for quite some time, until I found some photos that made me couldn’t help laughing like an idiot.
No offense yeah.
Have a nice day ~

2010 , The Best TeacherS’ Day Celebration, wasn’t it?
The moment of rehearsal kept me under pressure , especially when people were not cooperative and really this truly pissed me off. So sorry for shouting at you all for the first time . I learnt that I’m still unable to control my emotion in a tensed situation.
The day before the Teachers’ Day, I was in pressure until I got a terrible nightmare. The worst nightmare I have ever had and it was super real!
So today, while students watching Avatar in the hall, 5S1 was in the ping pong court to do our training. Singing the song repeatedly was torturing my throat. Phew… Everything went smoothly and before the show began, erm… we had hairstylist to style our hair up. Here he is ..
Botak hairstylist holding Gatsby…
Happy Teachers’ Day From 5S1
And the sweet couple over here ^^
Or perhaps , these were SWEETER ~~
Ultraman + Ultrawoman = ?
Ok enough with all the camwhoring session .
Teachers danced ‘Nobody’ !
Took photo with Miss Gan, teacher or should i say ,prefect senior?
The performances were up one by one and my heartbeat rate went faster and faster. Can’t stop sweating and really hope this time will be a good performance.
When the Ultramen performed their funny + weirdo dance, I could see classmates were all engrossed in watching the show. And I was like, what the, later will be our turn to get our butt up to stage. Couldn’t you guys just sacrifice a little bit? In fact, I was the one over panicked or positively say, I was just too concerned about our show and I wanna made the show a well presented one. What’s the point of performing if we’re not going to give out our best to the audiences?
Yes. I panicked, because I care.
Right after wonderboyz, it’'s JJ aka JUSTIN and JOSEPH turn to perform! Edbert started giving his speech , and I was beside him, asking him to read as slow as possible while still looking for Tin. Luckily , Tin was just over another side. Just when Ed finished the speech, the music started and we were like , omg, LOST on stage!
We sang ‘You Raise Me Up’ without keeping pace with the background music. Couldn’t care much already. Just let it go. Sigh. Then 5S1 started to join us on stage, and very soon, most of the 5S1 were on the stage, together we sang, YOU Raise ME Up ~~ to someone below the stage……
5S1, HAppy Teachers’ Day!
We shouted as loud as possible and people below the stage responded it with tremendous claps and screams.
Aiyak! Will upload the photo/ video once I got it. Not with me now.
I doubted whether it was a good performance. But anyway, we did our very best in performing and I believe, we achieved our targets. Yes we succeeded when Pn Usha raised up both her hands and clapped non-stop! YES!
_______________________________________________________
Ah Tin and Pn Usha.
Hey if Pn Usha decided not to teach us last year, she will definitely regret of her decision, won’t she? Yes we’re not the good ones as the school expects, yet we’re the unusual ones, which the school doesn’t expect!
Hong Seng will spend a long time rubbing the marker off his body. Once again, sacrificed his body for the teachers…
KL injured his knee , for the performance.
And this would be one of the best 5S1 photos!
And Happy Advanced Birthday to Mr John !
Happy TeacherS’ Day! 教师节快乐!
Best Teachers’ Day Performance . For those who chose not to come, you missed a lot of good shows!
Friends , keep up with the good works and treasure the days in high school , as there will be no TURNING POINT once we left this lovely school. Let’s fill our remaining 5 months high school life with tears of laughter …
Chin Yung.
