Life is always full with challenges and now, I am still sitting in front of this computer, trying hard to speak fluently in Bahasa MALAYSIA …

If only you guys know me well, I have participated in the EYE Program under ExxonMobil (may refer to my earlier posts) and our company won the first last year. Now we will be representing ExxonMobil to go to Johor Bahru to have our 4D3N competition and the biggest challenge we gonna face is

DAMN it. We have to present our Annual Report in Bahasa Rasmi, Bahasa Melayu.

I’m always not a native speaker and barely got an A for my English Oral Test, just above the line. I am definitely not one who can speak spontaneously if one suddenly fire me questions. Despite all these, this time, we have Q&A session after our presentation. Will I stammer on that day? Haha Hopefully not.

Gosh. I willing to sacrifice time for this, but too bad, too many things crashed together. Competition ends at 17th and July test starts at 19th. My sister coming back from US on 14th but coincidentally,yet I won’t be around that day.

After all these will be our Carnival Day. Again have to work for 4 different clubs and societies but of course, major attention will be given to 5S1. And this will be another challenge for me, to test my determination, my dedication indulging in activities. Carnival will be more on trading, which is buying and selling, and of course, I am super interested in all these. A person who doesn’t love money is a fool. But hopefully, I will be free from everything after JULY and full attention on study.

Back to my preparation for this coming presentation. Yes I got an A for BM, but that’s all about writing. When comes to speaking, I tend to stammer and begin with all the um… er…. which made my speech awful and irritating. I knew that well but just couldn’t help with it. That’s why when you guys may now studying for the test, I will be still sitting here, speaking to the monitor with “SALAM SEJAHTERA DAN SALAM SATU MALAYSIA KEPADA PARA HADIRIN ….”. Speaking in BM is harder in English. So ,I choose to comfort myself, I would again say : It’s a challenge from God, to mould me to become a better person. ^^
